  • Urban and rural areas
  • Mountain regions (with possible additional delivery times)

We work with carriers specialised in shipments to Switzerland:

  • DPD (priority carrier)
  • Colissimo (La Poste)
     

1.3 Special status

Switzerland, although not an EU member, benefits from bilateral agreements facilitating trade with specific customs formalities.
 

2. DISPATCH TIMES

 

2.1 Order processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm: Dispatched within 24 hours
  • Orders placed after 2pm: Dispatched next working day
  • Weekend orders: Dispatched on Monday
     

2.2 Customs formalities

  • Customs declaration: Automatically completed by us
  • Required documents: Commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration
  • Classification: Cosmetic products (NC code 3305)
  • Declared value: Actual product price
     

2.3 Working days

Shipments are made only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays).
 

2.4 Exceptional periods

Additional delays may apply during:

  • Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Summer holidays
  • French and Swiss public holidays
  • Enhanced customs controls (exceptional periods)
      We will inform you of any exceptional delays by email.
     

3. DELIVERY TIMES

3.2 Time calculation

Delivery times start from the dispatch of your order (receipt of dispatch confirmation email) and include customs clearance time.

  • Bern, Lausanne: Standard delivery times
  • Alpine regions: +1-2 additional days possible
  • Rural areas: +1 additional day possible
     

3.4 Indicative times

Delivery times are indicative and not contractual. Customs controls may cause additional delays.
 

4. SHIPPING COSTS

 

4.1 Flat rate

Shipping cost: 6.00 CHF for all orders to Switzerland, regardless of:

  • Package weight (up to 30kg limit)
  • Chosen delivery method
  • Destination canton
     

4.2 No hidden fees

The displayed price (6.00 CHF) is the final price, no additional charges will be added.
 

4.3 Taxes included

Shipping costs include Swiss VAT at 7.7%.
 

4.4 No customs fees

No additional customs fees will be charged on delivery. All fees are included in our rate.
 

4.5 Oversized packages

For exceptionally large orders (over 30kg), additional fees may apply. You will be informed before order confirmation.
 

5. DELIVERY PROCESS

5.3 Home delivery

  • If absent: delivery notice and new attempt

5.4 Collection point delivery

  • Collection period: 14 days after availability
  • ID required
  • SMS/Email notification when available
  • Opening hours vary by collection point

8.2 Lost package

  • Waiting period: 15 working days after expected delivery date
  • Investigation: We launch an inquiry with carrier and customs
  • Replacement: New package sent or refund
     

8.3 Customs hold

In case of customs hold:

  • Immediate notification by email
  • Complete management by us
  • No additional fees for you
     

8.4 Address error

  • Verification: Check your address before confirmation
  • Modification: Only possible before dispatch
  • Additional costs: At your expense if error on your part
     

8.5 Absence during delivery

  • Collection points: Automatic redirection to nearby collection point
  • Home delivery: New attempt according to carrier conditions
     

9. VAT AND INVOICING

  • Swiss VAT: 7.7% (included in all displayed prices)
  • Swiss compliance: Swiss VAT application for Swiss deliveries
  • Gross prices: All our prices include Swiss VAT at 7.7%
