1 - Hair care routine: the basics you need to know
You might be washing your hair too often. Space out your shampoos (every 2-3 days): you'll protect the hair fiber, regulate sebum production, and improve hold. Your hair will thank you.

2 - Choosing the right shampoo + conditioner duo
Adapt them to your hair type (oily, dry, fine, curly). Proper matching is half the battle. (Tip: start with a hazelnut-sized amount and rinse thoroughly.) Don't hesitate to consult our dedicated article on the subject.
3 - Apply a face mask every week
10–15 minutes is enough for deep nourishment. Take this time to relax and let it work its magic without excessive heat. Rinse until you feel your hair squeak. See our dedicated article on this topic.

4 - Finish with a cool rinse
A jet of cold water closes the cuticles, reduces frizz, and boosts shine. Take heart: a few seconds make all the difference.

5 - Moderate the heat
Hair straighteners/curling irons are fine… but not every day. Always use a heat protectant and keep the temperature as low as possible for effective use.
6 - Brush gently
Start at the ends and work your way up to the roots. A soft brush (mixed bristles or flexible pins) will prevent breakage. For stubborn knots: detangle with your fingers first.
