  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
      Not served: British overseas territories (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc.)

We work with carriers specialised in post-Brexit shipments:

  • DPD (priority carrier)
  • Colissimo (La Poste)
     

1.3 Post-Brexit status

Since the UK's departure from the European Union, specific customs formalities apply, fully managed by us.
 

2. DISPATCH TIMES

 

2.1 Order processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm : Dispatched within 24 hours
  • Orders placed after 2pm : Dispatched next working day
  • Weekend orders : Dispatched on Monday
     

2.2 Customs formalities

  • Customs declaration : Automatically completed by us
  • Required documents : Commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration

2.3 Working days

Shipments are made only on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays).

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost: £5.00 for all orders to the United Kingdom, regardless of:

  • Package weight (up to 30kg limit)
  • Chosen delivery method
  • Destination region
     

4.2 No hidden fees

The displayed price (£5.00) is the final price, no additional charges will be added.
 

4.3 Taxes included

Shipping costs include UK VAT at 20%.
 

4.4 No customs fees

No additional customs fees will be charged on delivery. All fees are included in our rate.
 

4.5 Oversized packages

For exceptionally large orders (over 30kg), additional fees may apply. You will be informed before order confirmation.
