1) Washing – Shampoo 💧
Massage into the scalp, let the lather slide down the lengths of your hair, then rinse thoroughly. Apply the conditioner after shampooing to complete the ritual.
2) Daily detangling – Conditioner 👩🏽🦱
After each wash (or as soon as the lengths become tangled), apply to the lengths and ends, leave for 1–2 minutes, detangle with your fingers/a wide-tooth comb, and rinse. Its purpose is to soften and facilitate detangling, leaving a protective film for added softness and shine.
3) Deep Treatment – Mask (1x/week to 1x/month depending on the condition) 🕒
On towel-dried hair, apply to lengths and ends, leave on for 3–10 minutes, comb through with a wide-tooth comb, and rinse. The mask works deep down and is especially suitable for dehydrated/damaged hair; reduce the frequency of application as the hair fiber repairs itself.
4) Alternate to avoid making it too heavy 🔁
On a daily basis, alternate between conditioner and hair mask. You can combine the two in the same routine during periods of "distressed hair" (coloring/heat styling tools), finishing with a light mist of conditioner to smooth the cuticle.
