1 - Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water 💧

2 - Lather a small amount of shampoo in your hands 🧴 then
Apply to the scalp only.

3 - Gently massage with your fingertips for 60–90 seconds (do not scratch) 💆‍♀️

4 - Add a little water to activate the lather, then let it glide over the lengths of your hair without rubbing 🚿

5 - Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary (after oil/gel) 🔁

6 - Squeeze out excess water, then apply conditioner or a hair mask to detangle and seal in moisture 🌀

7 - Dry gently: microfiber towel/t-shirt, plopping or low heat diffuser ♨️

Frequency & dose

2–3 times/week as needed; very dry hair: alternate with a gentler wash.

Quantity: 1 hazelnut (short), 2 (medium/long).
