Order information:

Your order is validated once your payment has been accepted on our side . La Boutique Brasileira reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with the company or if La Boutique Brasileira considers that the Customer poses a risk of default of payment.

We then reserve the right to ask the Customer for additional information if we deem it necessary , such as an identity document or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days of the order, your order and payment will be cancelled . We undertake to honour orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 5 a.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
  • For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 5 a.m., the order will be shipped the next day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you want to return a product to us? No worries! For any return, please send us a short email to contact@laboutiquebrasileira.com to let us know. Please specify: your order number , the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for exchange, voucher or refund. This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and handled more quickly.

Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped to mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

If the item is refused by La Boutique Brasileira, it will be returned to the Customer at La Boutique Brasileira's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a purchase voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
