1- Wash your hair with a clarifying/anti-residue shampoo of your choice. (eg: Coconut Powder Shampoo, Forest Tanino Anti-Residue Shampoo)
2- Dry hair using a towel or hair dryer, until it is slightly damp.
*Before starting the treatment, it is imperative to carry out a strand test. If the strand test is conclusive, you can continue with the following steps.*
3- Divide the hair into 4 parts and apply the product with a brush and, with the help of a fine comb, distribute the product evenly over the entire length of the hair, strand by strand, without excess.
4- Leave the product to act for an average of 20 to 50 minutes.
Tip: The product's action time varies depending on the hair type. For frizzy hair, we recommend a minimum time of 45 minutes.
5- Rinse, removing 50% of the product (leaving a thick film of product)
6- Dry by blow-drying to activate the smoothing effect
Tip: For hair with curlier roots, it is recommended to use a circular brush at the roots to keep the strands taut.
7- Straighten the hair, strand by strand, up to 10 times each.
*Tips for using the hair straightener*:
• The more natural and resistant the hair, the higher the temperature can be increased up to 230°C
• For medium-resistant hair, choose a temperature between 210 and 220°C
• The more the hair is highlighted, bleached, sensitized, the higher the temperature should be at 180°C
• For blond hair, never exceed 200°C to avoid the hair changing color.
