1 - Completely dampen your hair.

2 - Apply a small amount of shampoo to your scalp and massage until it lathers.

3 - Rinse the shampoo thoroughly with water.

4 - Apply a small amount of conditioner to the ends of your hair and distribute it to the roots.

5 - Leave the conditioner on for 2 to 3 minutes.

6 - Rinse the conditioner thoroughly with water.

7 - Towel dry your hair and style as desired.
