💧 Wet & prepare
Quickly detangle with your fingers, then thoroughly wet your hair.

🧴 Shampoo
Distribute a small amount on a wet scalp, massage with fingertips (without scratching) for 60–90 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
Tip: Do a second wash if you use a lot of styling products.

🧺 Gentle spin
Squeeze out excess water with a microfiber towel/T-shirt (no rubbing).

🧴 Conditioner (lengths & ends)
Apply a small amount to the lengths/ends, comb through with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
For fine hair: apply very little and avoid the roots.
Thick/dry hair: leave on for 3–5 minutes for extra softness.

🌬️ Drying & finishing
Air dry or blow dry on a moderate heat setting. For a smoother finish, blow-dry with your usual heat protectant spray.

🔁 Usage rate
2–3 times/week as needed. Adjust the quantity according to the length and thickness.
