What is the purpose of this Brazilian straightening treatment?

This Brazilian Forest Tanino Smoothing Treatment intensely and lastingly reduces volume and frizz, leaving a very smooth, shiny, and silky finish. Ideal for very curly, frizzy, Afro, or very voluminous hair.

Depending on the desired result and the hairdresser's experience, this kit can be used on all hair types.

Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo (e.g., Forest Tanino Shampoo or Coconut Powder) to open the cuticles.

Towel dry or blow dry until hair is slightly damp.

Perform a strand test before full application.

Divide the hair into 4 sections, then apply the product strand by strand, evenly, without overloading.

Processing time: 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the thickness and texture of the hair (minimum 45 minutes for very curly or frizzy hair).

Rinse 50%, leaving a thin film of product on the hair.

Perform a careful blow-dry to activate the smoothing effect (round brush recommended to properly straighten the roots).

Smooth each strand 7 to 10 times, adjusting according to the resistance of the hair.

💡 Recommended straightening temperature:

Natural or very resistant hair: 220–230°C

Coloured or sensitised hair: 180–200°C

Blonde or bleached hair: max 190°C (to avoid altering the color)
